Hotel reservations
Please use the online form to make a hotel reservation.
Your reservation is only binding for the hotel if you have guaranteed the reservation by stating your credit card data.
In the event of cancellation of individual bookings by June 15, 2008, a handling charge of EUR 25 per cancelled room will become due. After the deadline your credit card will be charged with all cancellation costs incurred. 
Upon binding confirmation of your reservation you also become a party to the contract with the stated hotel, which both parties undertake to fulfil. The length of time for which the contract has been concluded is irrelevant. Should the hotel fail to provide the room for which a confirmed reservation exists it must compensate the guest. Should the guest fail to make use of the services provided by the hotel, he/she is still obliged to pay the stated price.

Tours
Sightseeing tours and excursions must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Each tour requires a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and the full advance payment will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation by the participant, no refund will be made. Reservations for the tours will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets for the tours and excursions will be issued and distributed on-site at the congress counter. All tours start and end at the ICC Berlin.

Liability
CPO HANSER SERVICE is liable in keeping with diligence required of a prudent businessman, according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Regardless of course in law the liability of CPO HANSER SERVICE shall be limited to damages which are caused with aforethought or by gross negligence. However, this shall not affect the liability of the congress organiser and of the persons or organisations responsible for providing means of transport or other services. Verbal agreement can only be considered as binding when confirmed by CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing.

Place of performance, venue of jurisdiction
Berlin shall be the exclusive place of performance and the venue of jurisdiction for all parties. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
